What still holds, after every change.
After FAT and SAT, every change request, whether a new camera or a model update, raises the same question: what must be re-tested, and what can you keep? GARDIOS builds FORGE to trace each change to the tests and acceptance criteria it touches, so the person who signs knows.
Swap the camera and watch what it touches.
One parameter moves. FORGE shows what it touches.
Each setting of a cell is linked to the test records behind its acceptance, the acceptance criteria they prove, and the approved operations those criteria allow. Pick a parameter.
Example data from a simulated cell.
Prepared by FORGE. Signed by a person.
FORGE is designed to list what changed, what to re-test and what still holds. A qualified engineer reviews it and signs. Hold to sign, then change something above: the fingerprint no longer matches.
Change record
CELL-07 · rev 3 → rev 4Illustrative example from a simulated cell. FORGE does not assess safety or regulatory conformity; acceptance and conformity decisions stay with your authorised people. This demo is not an electronic signature.
The lines we hold.
Humans sign
FORGE prepares the record. Acceptance and conformity decisions, and the signature, stay with your authorised people.
Read-only
FORGE is designed to read what you already have: test protocols, acceptance reports, robot and PLC backups. It sends no commands to machines, and you choose what it sees.
Civil industry
Built for integrators, machine builders, robot makers and the plants that run their cells.
Cells change. What holds should be known, not assumed.
I'm Hamza Nahid. I hold an MSc in Robotics Engineering from Arts et Métiers, and for seven years I worked with engineering, manufacturing and service teams across the machinery and aerospace industries. I also fly, and in aviation no change counts until it's checked and signed. I'm building GARDIOS to bring that discipline to robot cells.
Compare notes.
Integrator, machine builder, robot maker or plant: if changes after acceptance cost you time, let’s compare notes.
